I’ve been frequenting the Little Beet for years now driven by their consistently high quality, fresh, and perfectly seasoned bowl options and have always loved their options. However this 2025 summer menu? UNREAL! The squash is divine and so flavorful, the shrimp perfectly cooked and tender, and I’m loving the guacamole. The avocado bean dip was ok but this guac is next level! All of this while they kept the fan favorites (string beans, broccoli, chicken, chimichurri sauce...

update: even though I had a bad experience both the employees at the store and the person who reached as a response to my email were really serious about investigating the issue and wanted to make things right, hence updating my review here. It really shows that they care.
Got food poisoning today very bad it was the only thing I ate and I always eat here. So dissapointed.

11/10. My new favorite fast/casual restaurant. The food is fresh, high quality, and filling. I like the chef's bowls that they offer, as well. The people working here are always super nice and make great recommendations. I always come here when I'm in the area.
