Llama San is reminiscent of an elevated, tasting-menu style restaurant that serves Peruvian fusion food. Incredible dinner here with really creative plates blending Japanese and Peruvian dishes & ingredients. I loved that each dish was unique and unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere, yet nothing was too out there and the flavors were familiar/comforting. Enjoyed the corn croquettes, the risotto with shrimp & uni and the pork katsu with pesto udon
