Those who say that it is the best taqueria in the world and that it looks like Mexico are very exaggerated. They are rich, but it's not a big deal. The meat is cut into cubes. Not shredded. They bring a small amount of meat. Quite expensive for what they are (if you want to fill up you have to order 4).
The place has tables to share which makes it a little uncomfortable to sit. I don't know if I would recommend it as an option if you visit NY. Excellent attention.
Really good tacos but unfortunately this place has a bit too much hype, not in regards to the food but sadly the “clientele”. Waited about 15 min for my food so line went super quick but both outside and inside I was harassed/solicited for food/money by the homeless with no remorse. Not necessarily their job but it was hard to enjoy my food with someone hovering over me saying I should give them some. The guacamole and chips was good and the steak was the best part. Pork was...
Tacos are enjoyable, but I don't think it's worth the long line and price at $5 per taco. We also wanted the pulled pork, but they were sold out, so we got the grilled chicken instead. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
