Just what we were looking for. Hot, fast, tasty food. Also super friendly staff and owner! Had the Spicy Louie sandwich and it was great. Fries were perfect, light and crispy. Will be coming here again for sure.

After receiving an intimidating email from the owner where he actually challenged me to a physical fight, all I will say is that the chicken tenders were undercooked and not fresh at all...basic frozen preformed and processed food service tenders that you wouldn't expect to see in place serving fresh chicken. In the future, I hope they improve their food, service, and cleanliness.
edit, I had since spoken with neighbors who have found metal in their chicken. When they spoke to the owner, he was dismissive and antagonistic, claiming it must have come from the delivery person. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

The owner made us feel completely at home on our first day in New york. We had time to waste before work and tom welcomed us in with open arms and gave us a place to sit. He even told us places go during our stay and made sure we were comfortable. His kindness was unmatched and we will def be back!

I was looking forward to this and the service ruined it all. My husband went to pick us up a whole chicken and was told he has to wait 25 minutes. Instead he opted for 2 piece and mash potato side. His total came out to 24.95. When he asked the server why so expensive? He told him he made a mistake and added fries. His goal now came out to 16.98, fine. He brought it to the car so he can have a piece and I can have a piece, only to find out the server only put 1 piece in the bag. Now we are already near the bridge and won’t go back to fix this second mistake. Warning to all, please check your bill and food before leaving!! What a disappointment.

I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich and it was fantastic!!! The owner was such a nice guy as well and so was the staff. I will definitely come back and try the spicy chicken sandwich next time!

The rotisserie chicken was completely unseasoned and so was the steamed broccoli. Thankfully they had some hot sauce you can pour over it.

Hello, Tom! The chicken and sides were absolutely fantastic, and we had other coworkers staring at us from outside of the conference room, longingly looking at our food. Mostly, I appreciate your approach so much - your personal touch in delivering the food yourself to spending the time to introduce us to your offerings, and then follow-up via phone/text is tremendous. A+ for deliciousness / A+ for quality of ingredients and care taken in prepping the food / A++ for personal touch and customer service.
