Came here because a friend said it was head and shoulders better than Carbone across the street, and we were not disappointed. From the cocktails to the foccacia bread all the way to the tartufo for dessert, everything was excellent.

I’ve always considered Lupa one of the best in NYC. I’ve been going here for almost 20 years. I was very unhappy with my entree -the duck, and what seemed to be a rather sluggish experience overall. It has somehow lost its charm. It’s overly crowded and just not as good as it could be. The value for service and quality did not measure up this time.

Classic storefront Italian restaurant with traditional and creative pasta and meat dishes.
Attentive waitstaff who weren't shy about suggestions. Very satisfying meal.
