My third time here and it only gets better and better. They need a Michelin star. Every course on their tasting menu would blow your mind.

Truly a sublime global experience seated at the chefs counter. Every plate had a delicate mix of texture, flavour, temperature and spice that were executed to perfection. The service was amazing, personal, engaging, thoughtful. Fantastic unique wine and sake selections. Go now.

A truly exceptional dining experience. If you don't like spice in your food, do not go there. If you don't like any heat in your food, do not go there. However, if you like those things, the tasting menu at Luthun is a rare example of zero-misses in the world of more creative and inventive cuisine. It's usually a corollary of creativity and culinary "research" to end up with dishes that are creative but not as tasty as they should be. There are none of those here. From the first bite to the incredible dessert, everything is bursting with flavors, colors, creativity. The counter experience is reminiscent of early Momofuku Ko with a real engagement of the diner with the cuisine, conversations with the chef and cooks about the produce or techniques. So friendly, so satisfying to anyone who cares about food.A lovely experience all around.

Surprised, does not have a Michelin star yet. Food was great. Drinks pairing was spot on (kudos to Jahdea). Nahid, the chef, always welcoming and great to chat with. Wish him luck!

Tasting menu and wine pairing, dinner. Great service, nice environment with an open kitchen, and the chef keeps souvenirs of his childhood around the space, which is endearing. The food was creative, but sometimes missed the mark. The real problem was the wine pairing, which left a LOT to be desired from a restaurant of this caliber and price point. One of the drinks was a spritz with a very basic mixing vermouth, for example.

Luthun is an amazing experience and an incredible restaurant. Truly a top-notch culinary journey of a lifetime that masterfully takes you around the world. The food is done to perfection, with each bite always leaving you wanting a little more. I’m not lying, every plate is visually and tastefully astonishing. The Chef and his team are insanely talented, and the level of service makes it feel as if you are eating dinner in your own home. It’s a special place where you get to experience culinary perfection crafted right in front of you. You will enjoy every second.

I toon my wife for Valentine’s Day. The service was impeccable and all the dishes were delicious. There were a couple that were a bit too spicy for her. Next time we’ll ask to not use as much heat.

GO EAT HERE IMMEDIATELY. We had such a fabulous time and there was impeccable attention to detail on everything - food, service, sommelier, all of it. We were here on a quiet night and it was lovely. It is only a matter of time before this place is overrun and reservations are impossible. We have eaten at Michelin star restaurants and enjoyed many fine dining establishments with our travels, but were so impressed with Luthun - true excellence.

Beautifully presented dishes and ingredients perfectly combined, leaving you with a desire for more. The chef is undoubtedly a mastermind. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is that I didn’t like how uncomfortable the chef made me and my party feel when he started yelling at his employees in front of us.

The prix fixe menu is interesting and tasty; maybe the courses are combining too many artifices, aromates and sauces instead of focusing on the main ingredient; some could say it’s a style. The kitchen serves the same courses at all tables at the same time, which is an easier way to operate. There is a lack of explanation; you arrive, you sit, and right away the mise en bouche is brought, then the first course, etc. Eventually, at the first course, they asked if I wanted the beverage pairing. It would be nice to have time to enjoy a glass of wine or even a cocktail before jumping right away into the menu, or at least have some sort of explanation about how they run the place. It’s a bit cramped; there's a lot of traffic around your table.I do not recommend the beverage pairing; it’s too expensive for what it contains in terms of selection, even if the pairing itself works. Go for a bottle of the beverage list.Worth a try. I would probably try again.
