The drinks were made fast by the staff and the store had a lot of space to sit and hang out in. However, I wouldn't come back for the drinks. The red bean tofu pudding was good but it wasn't the best I've had. The matcha tasted powdery and watery. Perhaps I had a bad experience because of the specific items I ordered.
My friend and I came here to wait for his family coming thru Chinatown busses. We ordered our drinks on the kiosk and the staff made it as soon as we purchased our order. I had the red bean tofu and my pal had the mango. Both were good. I didn't realize that this was a chain until I was looking to share my review

Quick service and decent drinks, despite my hesitation given the reviews. I got a taro milk drink with tofu topping. The taro comes presweetened, and is quite sweet, despite requesting no added sugar. The taro is cold, so even though I ordered the drink hot, the taro cooled everything down to lukewarm. I wish they would have heated up the taro first.
