The food is very good. Well balanced. Seems fresh as well. It’s definitely very pricey though. Only reason I didn’t score it higher was the waiter seemed a little on edge. I went on Friday October 4th afternoon. Waiter was a tall white guy. I ordered a dry pot. There was confusion about if I wanted rice. I said yes, on the side. Mala project is the best Chinese dry pot I have ever had. The food is just amazingly tasty and I have been there so many times and every time their food was spot on good. The place is amazing nice and small and looks best at night.

Spice level was perfect and everything in the bowl was meant to be there. Definitely recommend!
