Excellent contemporary Indonesian food! Creative, beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the lobster dumplings, lamb ribs, razor clams and oysters. The fixed menu is an excellent way to experience a variety of dishes. I suggest following the advice of the waiters.
This is my third time here and oh my god everything just gets better. Tried their original menu (dumplings are a MUST) but LOOOVED their new Padang-style concept. Tried their Liwetan Feast during Restaurant Week in January & LOVED that too. As an Indonesian, Ma•dé really SERVED all the dishes. One of my favorite restaurants in New York. A must try IMO. I had the best time here. The interior is vibey, their cocktail list is excellent and the food is so creative and well executed. One of my favorite sticky toffee puddings. I will never forget my meal at Ma•de
