The Burrata pizza is mind blowing. It looks pretty & calls you to demolish it. There’s a giant blob of burrata right in the center that you gently cut & smother the creamy cheese. The sauce is great too, although I would have liked a spicy kick as the creaminess from burrata makes the sauce a little bland.Biggest complaint for this pizza is the crust. It’s way too thin and simply cannot hold the weight if the burrata. So it gets challenging to eat it.We also ordered Old Bay fries which were decent.Burrata lovers head to Macchina now!

I love that I can get a hearty salad and a slice of gourmet pizza in one place. It’s perfect for when you want something light but satisfying. The outdoor dining setup is a bonus for beautiful days.

Every time I visit Williamsburg, Macchina Pizza is my first stop. The spot is gorgeous and the pizza is always exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic pizza experience in Brooklyn.

Pros: Great location, really nice atmosphere.Cons: Service was slow. The burrata pizza was really bad. The outside crust was good but under the ingredients was a soggy, flimsy mess. It was basically a soup we ate with a fork.

I picked up 2 to share pies on my way home recently. I had called pretty close to closing for a pick up order and the staff were really kind about it and still agreed to make it. I got the Burrata pizza and the foraged mushroom pizza. They both hit the spot after a long day, especially with such a last min order placement. The ingredients tasted fresh and they were both really filling.

Cute little spot for a intimate dinner. The place is really cute, service was kind of slow but everything we order was amazing *chef kiss*, I can here in a rush so I’m surely coming back to try more dishes and the brunch.Decoration: 10/10Food: 10/10Service: 9/10. our server were really nice 10/10; kitchen was slow but food was amazing so not a problem haha

Prices were pretty good and a great location. Service was quite slow and some of the food was very average. Really loved the vegan gluten free pizza though!

Pizza was okay, but over-priced and gimmicky - the 'Burrata' or ball of mozzarella is cold, friendly fyi if you never had it - I assume is needed for it to keep its shape right - but it really didn't add to the flavor profile at all... fairly tasteless hunk o cold liquidy-ish cheese. The pie is fairly small too, I'd say personal sized unless you're someone who doesn't eat a lot.The restaurant itself is a more snug, bar-like setting - and it's partnered with/same place as the Bedford restaurant (parent restaurant), so you can order from both menus. Street parking doesn't seem too terrible, as it's next to McCarren Park, and the times I've been in the area I've been able to find parking.

If you want to pay $69 dollars for 2 beers, truffle Mac with no flavor, prosciutto pizza resembling flavorless lunchables meat, and chicken parm with a linear taste profile this is your place. Not sure how this place has survived in such a location with such a high rent

This is an interesting spot. It's a mix of two restaurants. The Bedford and Macchina, with two kitchens and two separate but connected restaurant rooms. The vibe is beautiful and the staff was very kind, but I went for the pizza and it's not actually pizza. Perhaps the burrata one is, but the personal pizzas, for example the French Onion Soup pizza, are small appetizer sizes that feel more like a take on pizza than actual pizza like Paulie Gee's, for example. My husband had a burger from the Bedford Menu which he liked and the fries were yummy, but I don't think this place is really a pizza place.

The burrata pizza was what I came for and it was actually really good. I normally don't enjoy Neapolitan pizza all that much because I like thin and crispy NY style much better but this was one of the better experiences I had. The service was good although my friend ordered a keto pizza which they messed up and gave normal crust and had to remake which made it awkward since my pizza had come out. The "to-share" size pizza is easily consumable solo if you are hungry. I would I necessarily go here again, perhaps not but not a bad pizza joint for the area.

I found Macchina on a website that said it has some of best pizza in Brooklyn. A local friend recommended the burrata pizza and wow, that dish did not disappoint! My friend and I enjoyed the Old Bay fries and the chicken tenders as appetizers. I drank an aperol spritz that was beautifully made as well! The service was personable and the pricing was reasonable for the neighborhood we were in. Not pictured was a delicious drunken cookie with Madagascar vanilla gelato! ?
