Check your attitude. Used to love coming here but the last few times I’ve been here staff in particular the hosts ( including today August 5th ha) been extremely rude. Plenty of other places I’ll be going to because no one should support rude staff.

Come for the pork chops, not the pho. I usually stick to smaller family-owned Vietnamese spots, but I decided to give Madame Vo a try.
The pho was okay—could’ve used a little more simmering for a richer flavor—but the brisket was fall-off-the-bone amazing. The shrimp summer roll was fresh with a fantastic peanut sauce, and the pork chops?
Easily better than my usual go-to. They cost more than another place in the neighborhood I like, but you get twice as much, and they taste better.
The staff were wonderfully attentive. I’ll definitely be back—just not for the pho.

Food is pretty expensive for the price and doesn't really taste that good. We got the pho special and the soup was really bland and couldn't taste the flavor. There are way better pho in nyc for a cheaper price compared to here that lacks the flavor. On top of that, prices are expensive for the portion I am paying. Not really authentic and wouldn't want to come back again!

An absolute flavor knockout. Slightly out of the way from midtown and attractions but the food is unreal.

Had an amazing first visit with friends! We ordered an appetizer and two dishes to share. Loved the Garlic Noodles and Mama Ly's Fried Rice! I also ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee to go and really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

The kitchen maintains quality even when the place gets busy. Their staff delivers exceptional quality. The value proposition is solid. The restaurant has an agreeable ambiance. I'm planning to visit again.

Best Vietnamese Iced Coffee in the city. The Pho is good and a large portion. The wings my absolute favorite!

Authentic, delicious Vietnamese favorites and a low-key sexy/ casual vibe.
Ordered Pho and crepe. Pho was absolutely delish, although still does not beat my favorite. The crepe was ok. The price is understandably a little higher because of the location I guess. Came here for a 3:15 pm reservation, at exactly 3:15, was told to order right away as the kitchen closes in 10 minutes. Felt a little rushed, my mistake for booking the last available spot before closing. Although we were allowed to stay and finish our food past 4 pm, but it was very weird that all the servers and kitchen staff are out and on their break.
Lesson learned, don’t book the 3:15 spot. Or even the 3:00 pm spot.
