I hosted a private birthday party upstairs and it was a success because of Alex and Em, literally everyone there down to the bartenders, security and dj! They were so accommodating and were present anytime I needed something. Alex was welcoming from the very start: before, during and after booking. She made the entire process of setting up my reservation so easy and enjoyable, and she was beyond kind and accommodating every step of the way.
The venue itself is amazing, it's intimate, and full of personality. It was the perfect atmosphere for a night of celebration with friends. Every single staff member I interacted with was so friendly, which made the experience even better.
If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, have a night out, or just enjoy great drinks in a cool setting, Madame X is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough. You’re guaranteed to have a great time here!

When I had to move my date less than a month before the original one, Alex handled it effortlessly and was beyond accommodating with my shifting guest counts. She even helped me source entertainment that perfectly matched the vibe I was going for — and my guests loved it.
The space itself is super chic, sexy, and full of character — you’d never guess how spacious it actually is until you’re there. The drinks were fantastic, the music was on point, and the energy was unbeatable. My friends are still talking about how it was one of the best parties they’ve ever been to. Honestly, there was so little for me to do besides show up and enjoy the night.
