Great atmosphere, very reduced and relaxed. Perfect craftsmanship and very delicious. Favorites: Uni, barracuda, orange clam, scallop and especially the fish liver pate (I think it was flounder).
Incredible meal. Every piece was perfectly balanced and the attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the meal, from the presentation of the appetizers to the selection of sake cups we could choose from. A truly memorable meal.
One of the greatest food experiences of my life. Everything was amazing and so beautifully prepared.
