Love the Made hotel!!! Great location, nice room and loving and respectful folks working there. Ama, the sweet person tending the coffee shop in the lobby was particularly nice and friendly, and so professional!! Kudos Made!
We've stayed at Made Hotel in the past. We came back because our first stay, in March 2025, was perfect. For our second visit, we reserved 2 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. I love the hotel and the location is amazing. We were checked in by Alex, he was wonderful and kind. All the baristas at the cafe, bartenders and housekeeping staff were wonderful. But there are a couple front desk employees that are mean...and it's weird. We had no special requests, we made no complaints....
What a great hotel!!! Based on location, newness, interior, bed, shower and staff! Nothing was too much, everything was taken care off.
Especially kudos to Alex from the frontdesk and Alex the barista! And Priscilla for exactly measuring by hand the right weights of our suitcases before going to JFK.
