We recently stayed at the Made Hotel for our long weekend trip to NYC. It was an amazing stay and conveniently located close to Penn Station allowing us to experience all the sights of Christmas in NY. The room was perfect for two of us and was quiet enough to get a good night sleep before hitting the streets early in the AM. A quick coffee and pastry was just enough to get us going first thing, ended the night with a drink. Unfortunately during our stay we were only able to experience...
A really great hotel. Very modern with excellent rooms and a great location in NOMAD. Coffee bar and lobby bar are excellent with great coffee and cocktails served by great people. The overall service can be a bit too trendy and you see some of the New York bruskness but overall the service was good. The compulsory charge for coffee, wine and WiFi should just be added into the room rate but other than that good value for such a classy hotel.
I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the room was beautifully maintained, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
