Banana pudding is awesome
Best banana puddings. My girl’s absolute favourite dessert.
This store is very unprofessional I called them ahead of time to make sure that my online order, would be ready for late pickup and that no one would throw it out bc I was placing the order 4 hours in advance. When I get there they laugh in my face, tell me they don’t have it and I can’t get a refund.
The BEST banana pudding! 5$ for the small cup, not too bad of a deal. It’s perfectly airy and not too sweet and has fresh bananas!
4.5/5 from me!
Nice place but it is only to go you can't eat there.
I frequent the Moynihan train station location because of the convenience. This location has been consistently going downhill for the past 6 months.
First of all banana pudding should have bananas in it, yet one three occasions in the last 4 months in a large container we have found at the most 2 slices of banana in each. What we are finding is so many wafers that the pudding is actually dry. Very disappointing.
In addition I wanted to share an incident that happened in March at this location. I ordered a prepackaged slice of cake along with my pudding. The sever dropped it (I saw this) on the floor, picked it up and passed it down the line to the cashier. When I saw the package dented with the cake smashed inside I asked for another one. The cashier said “what kind” and I replied “the same”. She looked at the piece of cake with the broken box and said “why, what’s wrong with this?” I laughed, I thought it was slow and she was joking, she wasn’t. I got a new piece of cake but it put me off on the place.
I am extremely disappointed with the flavors and quality of banana pudding, cake slices at this location. The pudding dint taste like the one they sell at Rockefeller. The wafers were too dry and it wasnt tasty at all. Cake slices were too old and had no good taste to it. Wasted my $50

We went there to taste their famous "banana pudding". It's not bad, but I think it's overrated. Count 5 dollars for the small jar.
Shorter queue than other Magnolia Bakeries. You can shop quickly here, that is a big pro. You can grab your favorite item, save time, and enjoy it.
Personally, I had issues with the service all the time I visited here. Sometimes, it was another "privillaged" person sneaking into queue and the billing person supporting them going by racial bias or whatever. Other times, they would not return a smile, so I had issues in all the several visits, may be it is just me.

I stopped by Magnolia Bakery for coffee and a quick bite before catching the train, and it didn't disappoint. The coffee hit the spot, but the real standout was their banana pudding—easily some of the best I've ever had. If you need a sweet treat and caffeine fix, this is the place to go before heading out of the city.
