Maison Nur was an absolute delight.... Love the ambience , food and service...the braised ribs were out of this world and the dessert, the chocolate bomb was one of the best desserts ever!! Gabriel , Isabella and Dominic were amazing, made us feel so welcome!! Can't wait for my next visit!!
Stepping into this gorgeous restaurant feels like stepping onto a movie set. Our server, Nicolette, was very attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The tuna tartar app was probably the best tuna tartare I've ever had! Highly recommend Maison Nur for a special night.
Had a 9:30pm reservation, put our order in and 5 minutes later were told that they didn’t have the scallops, the short ribs, the pasta, the Dover sole, the ribeye or the butternut squash which is more than half of their menu… what we were forced to order instead was abysmal. The steak was chewy and the tuna tart was soggy. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long while.

Maison Nur is a truly original, unique & intimate immersion into the art, music & food culture of the downtown NYC scene. Nur’s vision once again takes these experiences to the next level. IYKYK

Maison Nur, like the original Hirst art & brilliant design it houses, is a uniquely immersive blend of the NYC downtown food, fashion & fine art scene in the vision of the eclectic Nur himself. The flavors span a delicate yet confident amalgam of French & American classics, down to the incredible wine & cocktail pairings. Go for the experience, stay for the sensory adventure it offers up.
The venue itself is really nice - two floors, great atmosphere, and it was decorated well for Halloween. Unfortunately, the service at the downstairs bar was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour just to get the bartender’s attention while he continued serving people who clearly arrived after us. By the time we finally ordered, we ended up paying close to $100 for three shots. It really took away from the experience to spend so much of the night waiting. I won’t be returning for future events here.

This was my first time here and I can't wait to go back. The chic style complements the intimate setting. Maison Nur leans into a lounge dining experience with exceptional bites. A great option to oversized restaurants. The menu is genius, offering some great staple options like the parmesan wrapped spaghetti, the toro tartare, and steak. The seafood, the turbot and snapper, were stellar. The desserts are where the menu's creativity is on display. There was nothing standard about the options. The chocolate bomb was exceptional, and the squash ice cream with panna cotta was delightful, refreshing, and tasteful. I heard the menu has changed since opening, so maybe some of the choices are seasonal. I'm looking forward to exploring Chef's new creations. The staff was very friendly. Some of the waitstaff could be a bit more attentive to where tables are in their courses and their needs

We went as a group of close girlfriends who wanted to spend time and wear our best outfits for each other. It happens to be the food stole the show. We ordered 4 appetizers for a group of 4 and one was better than the next. Innovative mix of the freshest fish and vegetables presented as art. The entrees were succulent and delish. We had steak 2 different kinda of fish. The dessert was very interesting chestnut tart and a very delicious chocolate ball filled with texture and flavor. I definitely will bring husband back for a special date night. Ps the service was top notch I felt like I was at a Michelin star in France. Yes it that good. The decor is elegant romantic and perfect for NYC the architecture you would expect from a top notch interior designer.
If you drive in after 7 theres free parking on the street just drive around the block.

A standout addition to the scene. You can tell there’s a real chef behind this kitchen—thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking that actually delivers. Beautiful space, dialed-in cocktails, and a team that knows what they’re doing. It’s got the vibe and the substance—something we don’t see nearly enough of in NYC these days.

The middle aged man in the front entrance must be miserable. We walked up politely asked if we can just walk in to the bar for a drink. In the most condescending way he said “it’s not possible” and looked away. ok buddy have some kind of manners you’re in service. If you have some level of etiquette we would obv understand can easily come back another time. There’s a million other bars in nyc
Very beautiful lounge, restaurant, and nightclub with amazing drinks and a great crowd.

We should’ve taken the empty dining room as a sign. The food was completely flavorless, the portions laughable, and the service… let’s just say our waitress looked as confused as we felt. Beautiful space, but they should stick to what they actually do well — nightclubs and bars. Dinner was a disaster dressed up in pretty lighting.

We went here because we heard it was good on TikTok and it is new. They called us a few days before to ask if we could move our reservation from 6:15 to 6:00, which was weird because the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived.
The main thing about Maison Nur is the decor. The interior is very loud and eclectic, with a wild mix of leopard print and velvets. The staff was friendly as well, even charging our phone for us during dinner.
The food, however, was just so so. To start we got the Baby Gem Lettuce and Parmesan Wrapped Spaghetti (a social media favorite). The spaghetti was good but essentially two bites. The salad was really good with its spicy peanut sauce.
For entrees we got the Turbot and Tuna Tart. The turbot was good and really well cooked with this apple cider reduction. The Tuna Tart was fine, but had a thin layer of cream cheese that might have kept us from getting it if we had known. Neither blew us away.
I think this is the type of place you visit after hours, not for a fancy date night. Will not repeat.

If you love French food, and the best service in NYC Ask for Nicolett, and get the duck and tuna tarte. Also loved the wine ❤️
