Bread was excellent but small. Pan roasted bass was very dry and inedible. Food took about an hour to come out. The server never asked if the food was ok.

First of all why this is suddenly a prefix is bizarre. Who wants that? its just a scam. Secondly the food is TERRIBLE. the seafood inedible and the flavors off the charts bad. nice space. great staff. Sorry. but 15 years in new york. eat everywhere. this MUST BE SKIPPED.

Simply outstanding. Went to this restaurant after an event at Printemps and was extremely surprised. The overall quality and feel of the place was 10/10. The vibe, superb. I said I had a gluten and dairy allergy and the bartender said “don’t worry, everything is gluten and dairy free” … AND IT WAS ! Food = extremely, extremely delicious and fresh. What an incredible shock / surprise. Evan at the bar was fantastic. Such a caring person with total attention to detail. He was outstanding. Jonny the AGM was incredible. We had our coats somewhere in the facility at a remote coat check and he personally ventured into Printemps to find the coats. It really was a high end and lovely experience. I will be back very soon! Great job!

I would definitely come back to try more food. Lots of seats on a Thursday at lunch, but it got busier closer to 1pm. We asked for a side of fried black eyed peas (which we saw on the menu as part of a different dish) and they were great to snack on.
Excellent service, and delicious food. Great for a meal with friends, or a date.

Excellent ambience, amazing service. First class. Great presentation. We have been there already 3 times. Food...hmmmmm....too spicy and salty.
All around great experience. Service was in point, food was delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and upscale without being stuffy. This is a must visit.

We feel fortunate that we gave Maison Passerelle a try that first time. Workers provided adequate attention. Maison Passerelle handles multiple diners effectively. Their kitchen times cooking perfectly. We will definitely eat here on our next visit.

The restaurant earned my respect quickly. The food comes fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to the right temperature. The cooking shows skill, serving sizes satisfy hunger, and costs remain low. Team: exceptional. Aware and qualified. Your choice proves correct.

We had a nice time at Maison Passerelle. The food was good and the kitchen was great about being mindful of my sensitivities and restrictions, but unfortunately I still managed to get ill after the meal and the following day even though they carefully deconstructed most of the dishes we ordered. I dine out frequently and have not had any issues so I think the exotic spices were just too much for me, but it was tasty!
My only complaint was that the waitstaff wasn’t attentive in asking for drink orders or checking in on our table despite the restaurant being empty. We had to ask 3 times for the drink menu and with that it took almost 30 minutes from the first ask until my friend finally received her drink, which weirdly tasted like kombucha. However the martini she ordered earlier was wonderful! I enjoyed a glass of the CHÂTEAU CORBIN. To start we had the WARM PLANTAIN BREAD & BUTTER and the SMOKED BEET SALAD. The CRISPY SKIN OCEAN TROUT was so fresh and tender. Absolutely delicious. The ROASTED FARM CHICKEN was a very generous portion size, juicy, and very flavorful, even without all of the add-ons. The DIRI AK SOS PWA (beans and rice) was comforting and cozy on that chilly evening. It actually had the least amount of spices compared to all the other dishes and was so tasty. The soup that the chef offered at the start was heavenly.
Given my health issues I sadly can’t return for a meal but I would gladly come back for drinks! It’s a shame because the food was delicious.

Chef Gourdet’s Maison Passerelle absolutely delivers! The salt cod fritters were outstanding, and the cocktails — including the nonalcoholic options — were beautifully balanced and paired perfectly with the food. Excellent atmosphere and menu. We can’t wait to go back!

Dined recently with a few friends!! Stellar and I’m a picky eater! Portion sizes are family size. The amuse bouche was a small shot of pho with capers and it was delicious! For starters, we went with the plantain bread, cod fritters and beet salad. The cod fritters were a bit salty but not inedible. The smokiness in the beet salad…perfection! For entrees + sides we ordered the roasted chicken, glazed duck, honeynut squash, pickled cabbage and jasmine rice with kidney bean sauce and they were delicious! For dessert, we went with the coconut chiboust and chocolate cremeux. Again, delicious! The spicy peanut butter ice cream was the perfect addition. The cocktail with the coconut flakes is probably the best drink I’ve ever consumed! Please don’t ever take it off the menu!!! So tasty! My only gripe, the seating was a bit cramped for a party of three. Two people must share the bench but the table is small and round. Nevertheless, I will be adding Maison Passerelle to my regular rotation, even if just to grab a drink at the bar.
