I loved the inside. Felt at home in a sense. The sisig was so delicious. Exactly what I was in the mood for and paired so well with the garlic fried rice. The lumpia was stuffed and crispy. The lemonade margarita was delicious. Finished the meal with some halo-halo and left stuffed and more than satisfied.
The ambience of this place is giving Calle Crisologo vibes in Vigan Philippines! Order upfront before getting seated, they got nice brick walls. Food was 3.5/5 for me. But the main thing I would go back for is the sisig! Palabok was also a little too watery for me. I think the price of the food is a bit overpriced compared to what you can get in Little Manila in Queens. The portion is small for the price you pay
They add (a lot) of mayo to their sisig for some reason, which is not traditional/authentic and frankly tastes disgusting. With that said, the seasonings and textures are pretty good otherwise. It would be a good dish if they just didn't make the puzzling decision to dump mayo into it.
Longaniza was too buttery.
