My first time in New York and genuinely the best food I’ve had thus far. Mariana recommended the avocado toast alongside the chocolate chip cookie and it was so delicious!! They were very helpful and super kind! I will definitely be coming back!🖤

After the renovation, the service has become very slow. The staff spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of helping customers. Even for something simple like one coffee, you have to wait around 15 minutes. It makes the experience frustrating, and I hope management improves the service.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. How does tea take 15 minutes to arrive and still taste awful? I ordered it for here and it came in a plastic cup, which was really disappointing. I usually love Maman, but definitely not this location.
Never disapointed about Maman bakery! Big Thank you to Artie, welcoming and absolutly kind. I will come back as always

Such an amazing place , Artin was very friendly & accommodating , I loved the fire at the hearth vibe this place has , i am usually not big on corporate cafes but this place didn’t have the soulless vacant feeling that other corporate cafes do. I think it’s largely part to the employees that keep the place feeling like home. Do not sleep on their pastries , the potato tart is absolutely amazing & Artin makes a killer matcha. He was also very nice & patient when I asked if he could whisk it a certain way , came out so smooth & delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Had the most wonderful experience at Maman today. All of their locations are great but this one in particular is so charming. Mariana at the counter helped me choose a coffee and pastry. She was a great help! My only concern is that the staff members seemed a little stressed. Overall, a great spot!

This was my favorite cafe when they reopened last fall and I came all the time, but during the past few months I had to stop coming because I was constantly late due to my coffee coming out slowly. Its a shame because I adore the baristas, but ive noticed that now theres only ever one barista at a time… running around stressed. It was never like this in the fall.
