Such a beautiful place to have brunch in. Whether you want to stay inside enjoying your toast or sipping coffee outside, this is what a top brunch spot looks like. Staff were attentive and were polite.

Cozy cafe, nice food but complete disregard of the essential: hospitality. The staff members are dry, disengaged and somewhat rude.

I really do love the chocolate chip cookies here. Crispy and crunchy, but still chewy in the middle, but SO MUCH chocolate, like how is there more chocolate than cookie, but also why do I love it so much, and I know I shouldn't have the whole thing, but I inhale it all the same, and then I buy some for later, and I eat all of those too...I am glad I don't live in the city anymore. maman is just dangerous!

This is one of my favorite Amman locations! because there's a nice section of sit down seating inside, I like their coffee drinks, pastries and the interior is beautiful. It's a bit pricey, but about the same as other NYC! coffee shops, The front of the shop has a small Paper Source store, Staff is always friendly!

Great food, and very nice interior. My friend and I enjoyed the ambiance and our lunch, but the service was lethargic and indifferent.

Slow service, soggy and cold quiche. Expensive. Not sure if this a a one time problem but the only thing that was ok was the hot chocolate. It took ages to get the quiche - which I was had to swap for a different kind because they ran out... And it was cold inside. The whole thing was so soggy... We didn't even finish it because it was so off. They took it off the check, but still.

Beauty brunch in Greenwich If you picture yourself 'brunching' in a little French tea garden or greenhouse complete with charming wares to browse and shop for while you wait, Maman is the place. Beautiful setting and ambience. Feels like you've been invited by Daisy for a full Gatsby-style tea. Except more casual and less drama. But just as lovely. We ordered the smashed avocado toast...lovely. The pastries were as close to French as you get stateside. The coffees were the best part. Honey Lavender Latte and Chai Latte were hits. Overall, just a delightful experience in the heart of NYC

Beautiful place inside. Service was satisfactory. Yet, price level not worth the portions. I got a 16 dollar chicken sandwich and there was two strips of chicken on it. Added a very sad side of greens for 4 dollars. And then a 4 dollar earl gray tea. Didn’t even come in a cute pot as I would expect from a feminine french-ish lunch place. I just expected more care and attention to detail. I essentially had a very expensive baguette for lunch. At least it was a good baguette? But I’d say pass on Maman. You’re better off at Pret A Manger for way less and equal quality.…and more chicken.

Such a lovely coffee shop with delicious French pastries and coffee. I love the honey lavender latte and mocha. Their pastries are extra yummy!

The service here plus the exterior nesting and Paper Source store within all make this location 5 stars. The food was well cooked, nicely presented, & tasty I just realized they cut the potatoes differently than what's pictured on other reviews. I was looking forward to the other cut. The breakfast bowl is very filling! The seating is limited here & stays full and busy but as I recommended to a business in NJ recently, what's common and works well in nyc is they ask if you're ok being seated at a table with strangers to reduce your wait time. Like magic and you meet a new person if you want to carry a convo beyond an initial greeting. Very effective. Another Maman whose layout I like! Go, enjoy!!
