Cheap drinks and good music, but the bartender on Saturday night was not hygienic at all. The bar was not that busy so the one bartender was in the corner talking to what seemed to be regulars. She was obviously sick, and one of the regulars even offered to bring her soup the next day to help her feel better. Despite her being sick and constantly blowing her nose and touching her nose, she did not wash her hands at all. I ordered a vodka soda when she had a tissue up her nose, she went ahead and made it, did not wash her snotty hands at all, and grabbed a straw for my drink with those unclean hands as well. This is very unprofessional and unsafe. I now feel like im coming down with a sore throat and illness, probably because her germs transferred from her blowing her nose to making my drink and touching my straw.

It's not too fancy, just a great spot to relax and enjoy yourself.The staff at Mama's Bar are super friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcome. Quick service and genuine to make my night great.The drink selection at Mama's Bar is good. Classic cocktailscool place with a friendly vibe, great service, and awesome drinks. Idk if it's more on the bouncer or management telling the bouncer to do it, but this place was way over capacity. Could barely move when I walked in. An accident and emergency just waiting to happen.Everyone I talked to that participated in the bar crawl voiced similar opinions, so it's at least a reputation negative

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but it was perfect for playing some card games - a quintessential dive bar. I wanted to give a special shoutout to our bartender Josh. We wanted cocktails and without the right ingredients he did his absolute best to improvise and the drinks turned out AMAZING, genuinely some of the best we’ve ever had and he is so so nice and friendly, checking in on us throughout the night. Can’t wait to be back for their game night!

I work here. It's a classic LES dive bar.Come spend your money (it's pretty cheap, so not even MUCH of your money, lol) and I'll make you a drink!
Do not trust this bar. I had multiple charges on the credit card I used and when I attempted to resolve the issue, 1) bar never opened on time so I would sit and wait for an hour two days in a row until I had to leave ,2) phone number listed on google goes straight to voicemail, 3) found a different number after a search on google that is a cell phone for I assume an owner who wasn't even on site. He did not resolve the issue and instead argued that it was impossible despite me sending photos of the multiple transactions which he requested. There's plenty of other bars in the area that you can visit.
