The food was great . Drinks trash coconut mojito was disappointing it was made with coconut water . And i had to ask for my check for them to bring my food . Horrible service the sad thing is food is great but servers could care less about giving great service .

If you truly love sushi, I’d strongly recommend saving your money and skipping Mama Sushi. The Latin–Japanese fusion concept might sound interesting, but in practice it just doesn’t work. I tried the restaurant twice to give it a fair chance, and both visits were disappointing.
Even the basics fell short. The chicken teriyaki — something that’s nearly impossible to get wrong ,had no flavor at all. And after spending around $80 on sushi, they sent only two tiny packets of soy sauce felt careless and almost insulting. How is anyone supposed to enjoy sushi with such a minimal amount? Overall, the experience lacked authenticity, balance, and taste. If you appreciate well-executed sushi, this is not the place.

Mamá Sushi is such a cozy spot! 🍣 It was a little quiet when I went, but the vibe was super nice. The drink was a 10/10 and the sushi was really good too. Every time I go, it’s always a great experience — the food never disappoints! Highly recommend! 🍶✨

This place is always delicious. I like to get their teriyaki chicken with rice and they have a huge variety of sushi rolls. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, fun vibe, and outdoor seating - but the price is a bit extreme for what you get.
We visited with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience fell short due to poor service. Our server, Joseph, got our drink order wrong from the start. More concerning, he didn’t write anything down when we gave him our food orders — even after we suggested he do so. Despite repeating our order and specifically asking for the El Volcano roll, we were served the El Mocano, which contains pork. This was a big issue for dietary reasons, and when we pointed it out to Joseph, he seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. Other places will ask you to before you order if their are any dietary restrictions. That said, we really appreciated how the manager and owner handled the situation. They were incredibly understanding and kind. They offered to make things right by remaking our order, bringing us new drinks, and even refunded us for the mistake. While the management was great and took responsibility, the initial service left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, this was just a one-off experience, but we’d recommend servers take more care, especially with dietary restrictions.

The service is terrible. We waited around fifteen minutes for a bucket. At the end of the day, they charged us $60 for a bucket. The most I've ever paid for a bucket. I won't visit again. Abusive people.
