I had a wonderful experience in Mamasushi my friends. Was a delicious fusion food with latino and asian. Love this place, and the vibe. I recommend it 100%.

I don’t know how it got 4.1 stars. The food was below average at best (think of food court sushi… that’s roughly what you are getting), totally overpriced and small. We spent almost $80 for 3 rolls that we both shared and still walk out hungry. (I don’t even eat that much food usually) The music was so loud I had to scream to my friend across me so he could hear what I’m saying, and I had to ask 3 times for the check to be brought to us. Oh they also don’t have Apple Pay. First and last time. Avoid.

The food was great but I would highly recommend to order out and in advance because wait time is so long. Once we entered we were attended by a nice lady but then the lady waiter was so rude and had so much attitude. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I ordered from here through Uber eats and was disappointed with the food, given the price point it just wasn't worth it at all. I ordered a salad that barely came w any protein and rolls, it just wasn't satisfying at all. The two items alone came to about $45 and I'm all for paying for good food but the portion was small. The salad was suppose to have lobster and barely had any and the rolls had cream cheese in them that was not good at all, im sure it's a better experience to go in person but that's what places like this are for, more for the esthetic and name but the food is okay and overpriced.

Great food, horrible service. On 1/27/24- we had my sister's birthday party. From the beginning there was an issue, the hostess was "VERY" unprofessional and gave us a hard time because only "4 out of 12ppl didn't arrive" mind you they didn't even setup the table. The server we have was nice and attentive in the beginning but he was all over the place. He took app orders from one side of the table and when it came to giving out the entrees he looked confused, along with the bus boys, so my friend who was a "GUEST" had helped, "that's unacceptable." The overall part I pocket the money and try to say we owe $3. I spoke with the server and he didn't even add the amount correctly and still try to say we owe when I clearly did the math for him. The bill was divided among the party and we even rounded up the change. He got paid his tip which was already included in the bill. Then the "manager" came over to talk to my friend about the situation and it was a hot mess- she even snatched the receipts out of her hand. They really thought we were clueless guests that they can take advantage of. Myself and half my guests worked and had worked in the food business. If they would've recognized they were at fault and apologized then I would've rated another star. Overall, my sister had a great birthday but I just couldn't get over the unprofessionalism. I won't be back at this establishment.Good food, terrible service. On January 27th, January 24th we had my sister's birthday party. From the beginning there was a problem, the host was not professional and gave us a hard time because only "4 out of 12 people did not arrive", yes, they did not even set the table. The waiter we have was friendly and attentive at first, but he was all over the place. He accepted the apps from one side of the table and when it came to handing out the main courses he seemed confused, as did the guys on the bus, so my friend, who was a "GUEST", helped me, "that's unacceptable." He usually keeps the money and tries to say we owe him $3. I talked to the waiter and he didn't even add up the amount correctly and still tried to say we owe him when I clearly did the math for him. The bill was split along party lines and we even rounded up the change. They paid him the tip that was already included in the bill. The “manager” then came over to talk to my friend about the situation and it was a disaster – she even snatched the receipts out of her hand. The truth is that they thought we were just guests and they could take advantage of it, and half of my guests and I work and had worked in the food business. If they had acknowledged they were at fault and apologized, I would have rated another star. Overall, my sister had a great birthday, but I couldn't get over the lack of professionalism. I will not return to this establishment.

I ordered delivery online twice from ChowNow. The food wasn’t delivered and when I call the restaurant, they said they don’t do delivery anymore. but the delivery option is still on the website. Frustrating experience after waiting over an hour to not receive the food.

The service is trash. It will ruin the whole experience for you. I imagine if you speak Spanish, you might have an easier time, as the people before me, and behind me did. But order it to go, so you don’t have to tip, because you’ll feel silly tipping for the kind of service they offer. I went by myself. They sat me at the bar, then left me there for 20 minutes. No one offered to take my order so I had to ask someone to do so. There were three bartenders behind the bar, and no one would make eye contact with me, or offer any assistance. I was already frustrated with the service so I ordered it to go. Turns out they only take to go orders at the front counter so I had to get up from the bar to go to the front counter to order. after giving my order and paying, I was advised to go back to the bar and wait. They said it would take 10 minutes, it took 45 minutes. Ir maybe less, I don’t know because I had to leave the bar and go to the front counter to see if my food was ready. I was given a bag with only half my order in it. I asked where the rest of my order was, the waitress took the bag to the back and brought out the same bag with more food in it, but didn’t apologize. Or maybe she did, I don’t know she was whispering. So it didn’t matter what the food tasted like because I waited over an hour for food that was cold by the time I received it. It also wasn’t that busy, so there was no need for all of these fumbles. To be honest, it just felt like racism to me. Also steer clear of the lobster and steak roll in general. It’s just overpriced.
