One of the best south Asian / Indian food places around Washington Square Park. The chicken tikka masala tacos are spectacular. The ingredients are top notch and you will appreciate the effort the chef and staff put behind all the menu. The food is truly authentic with a special touch with affordable prices and generous portions. You must try Ambo!

The place gives a great deal for the price! I loooove the chicken, I got the bowl, had the veggies, chicken tikka, 2 toppings, biryani sauce and mint/cilantro sauce. The best part of the bowl was chicken. I got ladies' fingers and gobi manchuria where the former was bitter, and the latter was not manchuria, but just cauliflower with gravy.

But the chicken kinda overcame the veggie cons.
