Great Italian spot serving very good hot/cold sandwiches, salads, and hot plates. It’s very packed during lunchtime but service is nice and very quick. I got the chicken sandwich panini and it was excellent even with fresh cut mozzarella. Definitely recommend if in the area!

Have not been in, but had a takeout from here. The teriyaki salmon salad was absolutely phenomenal. Not sure if I was super hungry, but it was one of the best salads I ever had. Flourless chocolate chip cookie was also very tasty. Tried another cookie from the Halloween cookie box but that one was just okay. Everything was packaged well. Don't know about the ambiance or the service but they have good food.

Found this place on accident but we walked in because the outside was so cute. Lots of options and very helpful staff. I checked in here via yelp and received the free drip coffee coupon. They were very confused at first because they hadn't seen it before, but after waiting for a few minutes they were super apologetic and gave me the coffee.

Really good to go spot. Came for breakfast and they had a good variety of sandwiches and bakery items. Açaí bowl was okay but it wasn't cold, it was halfway melting. The American drip coffee was really good! Service was quick, will recommend if you are just wanting to pick up a sandwich and coffee.

Ordered from this place expecting delicious food and was very disappointed. The menu is extremely overpriced for the delivery of the taste of food. Idk who’s eating here giving it 5 stars but I believe they may have seared off their taste buds. The food is BLAND!!!!!! no seasoning at all. The sandwiches seem to be pre packaged which I wasn’t expecting. The mash potatoes and mash Cauliflower are extremely bland. The steak sandwich was served medium well and for a persons who likes well done this spoiled my appetite and ruined my lunch.I don’t recommend this spot unless you need to have a very unflavored experience in food preparation.

Overall experience was a 10/10. Drinks were good, food was not only delicious but also served very quickly. Valentino, our server, was super friendly and quick to take orders. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian pasta and cocktails!

I work in the area and order catering for our office through their website. The food is delicious and presented well. Our picky staff never complain about their lunches. In midtown east, they are one of the only spots I trust to deliver catering reliably. They are always on time or early and professionally deal with our building's security and freight requirements. Do yourself a favor after your sandwich; try the cookies or mini dolci pastry tray. It's worth the calories. They also have a rewards/points system for catering, making it even better.

I have loved this place and been a big supporter of this place over the years but today that is over. I had called yesterday and placed an order for pick up as we work across the street. I even received my invoice and confirmed the right meals. I arrive at 1115am today to pick it up and they had sent it to my old place of business. Imagine my surprise given I work across the street, why would I ever even pick delivery. A kind employee was super apologetic about the mix up and offered to have it called back or they could make me a new one. I asked for the new one as we have an investors meeting at 12pm. Now 15 minutes later she asked if I could speak to HQ which I of course agreed. The person let's me know that the mistake was mine and that I could either walk to my old place of business (awkward) or reorder and pay. I just wasted all this time waiting for something that wasn't going to happen. Never order over the phone because you won't have a paper trail. I have worked in many restaurants growing up and companies will bite the bullet to keep the regulars happy knowing they will come back. Not here... I walked in the 78 degree heat to grab my catering order and brought it back to the office. Disappointed to say the least about the behavior of HQ given I had ordered from them last month for pick up and they had my new companies name. Happy to send it over to them as they seemed to not believe me. This 250$ order just cost them 1000s$ in future earning.
