The chefs know food and the servers know hospitality. The menu is priced to please customers. Restaurant workers were timely, efficient, warm and professional. I've tested multiple entrees with adequate results. The prompt service, friendly staff and fantastic dishes stood out.

I asked for a small iced latte, at the register I’m charged for a medium, which is double the price! I say that I asked for a small, and was told that they don’t have small in iced, only in hot, which isn’t marked anywhere on the signs. I should have been told that there wasn’t a small in the iced so that I could make a choice whether I wanted a medium one or a small hot latte, not be surprised at being charged double the price from what I expected. Completely unacceptable.

This is easily, hands down, the best hot chocolate in New York City. Instead of using something like chocolate syrup, they actually melt in chocolate. It is rich, luxurious, and DELICIOUS. Also, the owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming as well!!

This cute little coffee shop is easy to miss, but it’s just off Broadway across from 28 Liberty. They do serve Illy beans so you have to be down with that. Love that they give you a little piece of chocolate with your coffee. Such friendly and warm service as well
