obsessed with this place, lots of food options for great prices as well as daily specials. it's tight and would not suit a group larger than 4 or you would have to split tables. I tried the Cuban sandwich combo one time and the oxtail another time. the oxtail portion is small but tastes great. the chicken was delicious as well.
are withdrawals from this place a thing? cause they are TODAY. i spent the past two days in NYC and ate here for both. first time was breakfast, second time was for lunch. now i’m back home with post Margon depression LOL! everything about this place is amazing. of course the food, but also the staff. my goodness! they make you feel like you’re a part of their family, and every dish feels/tastes like a home cooked meal made just for you. i’ll be dreaming of this restaurant...

That is what got us 6 blocks into Time Square - husband and I seek out cafe con leche wherever we go and Margon is now on our Must Have in NYC list. He got ultra nostalgic watching his coffee being made the way his grandmother made it for him: brew, add sugar, pour out and back to stir. I had no sugar with cinnamon and it’s the best I’ve had so far anywhere.
