Went for lunch during the week and this place was PACKED, which is a testament to how delicious the food is and how nice the staff is. We got two chicken sambusas, a vegan platter for 2, and the spicy lamb for 3 adults and it was perfect. Mango margarita was also delicious.

I've taken my classes at the end of semesters to Massawa and they have never disappointed. It's one of my favorite near-campus restaurants where you can order vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes - all of which are excellent! Highly recommended!

I never tried Ethiopian food until my girl put me on a few weeks ago. This food slaps my taste buds around in so many ways lol. It’s a unique cuisine and I would def recommend trying it.

There are better Ethiopian restaurants out there for sure but this place is very good. Recommend the vegetarian platter and any of their coffees and teas. Service is warm and welcoming and the decor is also very comforting. Upscale without being stuffy, really like it here

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent, we told our server we were in no hurry to eat and she allowed us time to chat and order at our leisure. Overall excellent experience.

Perfect restaurant for anything, I have been coming here for years now with larger dinner parties for celebrations, graduations birthdays etc. The food is wonderful, the portions are amazing and well priced, the service is quick and friendly!
