I love Mcdonald’s and this location is nearest to me.But even during 24/7 hours on weekends, it’s still closed? Came at 4AM and doors were locked with employees inside.had to go to other mcdonald’s that’s actually open 24/7!

Made a mobile order one night, store was packed even after 45mins of wait time they still couldn't get my 2 burgers out. I left and went back the next day hoping they can make my order or give me a refund. The staff member kept walking away so I had to constantly call her back over to show her the receipt and she flat out refuse to make the order or give me my refund even with my receipt which clearly shows the date, time and the store address.Warning: Once you do a mobile order or if you use the kiosk you won't be able to get a refund even with a receipt, if staff chooses not to give you a refund or your order, your money gone!

This McDonald's discriminates against legal immigrants at interviews, they state they only hire US Citizens. This is not a McDonald's brand standard. I gave a star solely to be able to announce this illegal action.
The food is great and the atmosphere is good but the services are slow I don't know if you guys are short on workers but if that's the problem then my apologies.The best solution if that's the reason before it becomes a problem by not letting the customers by not letting them know you have a reason that'show you win the customers and make them want to help you make the business better which will make both sides happy because both sides win?

6th St, 1st Ave NYC location...they should close this location..Homeless hanging outside and inside. Fish sandwich had a quarter piece of a slice of cheese and the fries were stale and/or made in old grease. I'm officially going to discontinue eating McDonald's...it just keeps getting worse and worse at this location.
