There is a women that works here that hands food to customers with attitude and in a bad way. They made my food like they didn’t want to serve the food to the people. McDonald’s needs to improve in who they choose to work there and to improve there employees on how they serve customers

Place is always crowded with homeless and the night time crew offer the worst hospitality imaginable. If you're order isn't messed up it'll take 30 minutes to come and it'll be freezing cold. I just went to get a free burger and a mc chicken with my rewards only to see I was missing the burger. When I came back to report it they said I was lying and cursed me out in Spanish (assuming I was hispanic, I'm not) once I told them i didn't speak Spanish they claimed they didn't speak English and threw my receipt on the floor. If it wasn't free I would've cared more but I just left but yeah this place is insane. It's worth to walk a couple blocks to the one near.
While waiting I noticed how unsanitary the kitchen was as well. One guy was wearing a shower cap behind the grill the that I seen him walked inside the store with

They say they are open 24 hours, but if you get off work after 3am, you walk in and it says kiosk is closed and the cashier says it’s closed - I will never blame the people actually working and running McDonald’s. But the McDonald’s company insists on saying it’s open. Pathetic for the company.

Went here and the whole stafff was eating and told me the kitchen was closed even tho its market as 24 hrs.. Last time I wen’t there the lady was yelling at an uber eats driver. This location needs better management.They told me to walk 10 blocks to the other location at 3 Am

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon (4:30pm) wow this location has really cleaned up since I was last here. It’s clean and calm and no one is loitering like before. I was able to eat my meal in peace and actually enjoy the interactions the supervisor was having with clientele. I believe his name was Edwin. Not sure what changes they are making, but I like it. Keep it up!
