This is my favorite McDonald’s. I often order in the App which makes my wait time virtually seconds more often than not when I time it well. The food is always hot. Maria, Victor and the rest of the staff are always very kind and friendly. Our orders have numbers but they frequently call us by name. The store is exceptionally clean and they keep the bathrooms stocked as well. They go out of their way to streamline service and meet the customers needs. Hands down my favorite McDonald’s in NYC.

I ordered a hamburger set and waited for almost half an hour. The hamburger, chicken nuggets and fries were all cold. There were not many people at this time of the night.

skinny black dude with a beard intentionally ignored me when he called out my mobile order number and I was right there to pick it up and made it super clear, yep that’s my order! He quietly voiced my order number (unlike the other guy loudly calling out orders) then put it on the back shelf behind the cashier, even though I was right in front of him. I knew he could hear me and he even made eye contact with me, but he intentionally chose to ignore me. 5:13 pm April 18
By far the smallest McDonalds I’ve ever been. At least they have a bathroom thus I always end up buying something at mcDonalds just because all their locations have a bathroom. I drive for a living so you can imagine how hard it is to find bathrooms in NYC. Yet mcdonalds chicken burger it always has something is either not cooked or is chewy like a gum and hard. Too many chicken bones in it I guess lol! The fries and soda are always the same though 🤔

Last night I order a bigmac. What I got was unexepytable. Instead of a regular Big Mac I got a patty with a whole bunch of chopped up unions and lettuce.This is honestly unbelievable. I basically paid for bs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MCDONALDS.
