This location allowed thieves at 3:29pm today to hack my mobile app and pickup food at this location. I was notified while the transaction was in progress, however this store refuses to answer their phone 212-828-3070 McDonald's as I've been called for the past 90 minutes, so the transaction could not be stopped and no refund issued. When you call corporate, they flat out tell you no refunds will ever be issued through the app and that I must contact my bank to dispute.
This is the worst McDonald’s ever the manager in the morning is rude and every time I order something from there or anytime anyone else orders from there the order is wrong for example yesterday they slapped a whole bunch of mayonnaise onto my nieces cheeseburger I ordered from UberEATS the coke was flat and the milk was missing from the happy meal

This McDonald's is an average eatery with some redeeming qualities. The staff is often friendly and welcoming, with a sense of camaraderie among employees. The food is decent, with some customers praising the quality, but others complaining about inconsistent preparations. The ice coffee is a particular letdown. Despite some hiccups, the manager is responsive to issues, and the staff works to resolve problems quickly. The place is OK. Certain places are put in areas where people have no consideration or compassion. As a transit worker, the employees have always been informative, courteous and they all work hard while doing a great job. Upstairs seating is better. It's a McDonalds in the heart of East Harlem. The workers are trying their best but are certainly tired of cranky customers shouting over eachother. The food is regular McDonalds quality and made quickly and fresh. The service varies to whose in the counter tbh. They're beggars in the front but they aren't aggressive and sometimes just want food.
