This place plays 7 days and 24 hours music and they donât have any respect to the people who are living upstairs in the building. I went there and explain we canât sleep at nights because of the music, they said it is for our customers. I also made complaint to Mc.Donalds official website but nobody cared.

This is about the McDonalds on 1st avenue and 69th street. The staff was so nice today. Made me realize that it's always a positive experience at this location. I might go in less than once a month. Very nice staff.

Theyâre so incompetent. I placed an order for 6-piece nuggets at the kiosk and obtained my receipt. Moments later, a guy walks to the register claiming that he placed an order but did not have a receipt. He was asked what he ordered, to which he responded nuggets. When asked how many pieces he ordered, his response was âI donât know.â She looks at the screen and says, â869, 6-piece?â 869 was the number printed on my receipt. When my number was called and I went to the register with my receipt to obtain my order, she stated that it belonged to the other guy, then says âitâs okay, take it,â as if I were taking someone elseâs order. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF ORDERS!!!!

Most inconsistent place ever. Ice cream machine broken for the past 5 months, fries and chicken sometimes overcooked, sometimes undercooked, uncomfortable waiting space when crowded. My drink is regularly served to me with liquid spilled on the cup. Sometimes forgets to take things off when specifically requested (eg: pickles off burger,âŠ) Sometimes I wait 5 minutes, sometimes over 15 even when itâs relatively quiet. Staff is always nice and polite. Itâs not bad, but Iâm either content with my visit or a little baffled itâs not better. Saying this as someone who comes in several times a month, for the past several years.

This McDonaldâs is an absolute disgrace. I have never experienced such consistent incompetence from a fast-food location. They forget items every single time - not sauces, not napkins, ENTIRE orders. Once they completely forgot my frappe, which was literally one of only two items I ordered. The other was a large Coke. Somehow, they still messed that up.
The staff is rude, dismissive, and act like youâre bothering them by existing. There is zero sense of urgency, zero professionalism, and zero accountability. It honestly feels like no one here cares at all.
McDonaldâs corporate should be ashamed and embarrassed that this location operates under their name. Something needs to be done immediately - retraining, replacing management, or honestly firing and rehiring an entirely new staff, because whatever is happening here is unacceptable.
This place isnât just bad, itâs an embarrassment to the brand. I never leave reviews but I am a true McDonaldâs patriot and this place has disgraced itself.

Today I ordered food from this McDonald's through DoorDash: a Happy Meal, a soda, and an iced tea. When I tasted it, it had a fermented flavor, as if the tea had been stored for several days, and I had to throw it away. How is it possible that they can sell products to the public like that? I always shop at this store in person, and this time I was completely disappointed.
