I should have said something instead of just walking out. I was on line waiting to place an order yesterday afternoon. A women came to the counter and told a male employee something about the fries she just got. He took the fries from her and kindly walked back over to the fryer and place them on the rack for resale.
I thought McDonalds policy was to trash food that’s return. 🤔 So is this a new policy or does the staff do as they please… Possible food poisoning in the making…

There’s no AC, most of the kiosks don’t allow a “deliver to table” option (meaning you would have to stand for a long time) and one of the kiosks doesn’t work.

Employees were rude and denied giving us barbecue sauce even though we ordered it, and demanded that we re order (pay again) it if we want the sauce. They also claimed that we were trying to get free fries and we came every Sunday, even though this was our first time and the fries came in a package deal. The chicken nuggets also had a weird after taste and its texture was weird. The chicken nuggets had chunks ripped off and had a moldy appearance. Fries were very unsalted and tasted bland. Service was terrible as they delayed our order and didn’t give us our fries, so we had to go get it. Do not stop by this McDonald’s.

Gave my mobile order to the wrong person and acted like I did something wrong. Mad attitude and no apology. Had to come back a second also cuz they made my order wrong. Again, mad attitude and no apology.

Came in at 12:47 6 employee’s working the cash register I asked to used the bathroom it was close. As a paying customer I should be able to use the facility. In addition, I ordered full meal no napkins nor ketchup was provided. Disappointed in the rude service

Terrible service. Today I purchased two fish sandwiches and they only gave me one sauce and when I asked for another one to go on my other sandwich. He said I had to pay for it. I threw the other sandwich away because I couldn't eat it without the sauce. I wasted my money and will never go there again. The worst customer service ever.

McDonald’s handed my DoorDash driver the wrong order. When he went to correct the order and get mine McDonald’s workers proceeded to scream and berate him while I was on the phone with him. I think this was highly unprofessional and horrible customer service. Instead of trying to fix the problem McDonald’s workers instead screamed at a DoorDash driver who didn’t understand English. I am in the service industry, I’ve grown up and worked in restaurants my entire life this was disgusting to hear while on the phone with the poor driver. This happened on Monday 4/7/25 at 1:30am
