Came in at 12:47 6 employee’s working the cash register I asked to used the bathroom it was close. As a paying customer I should be able to use the facility. In addition, I ordered full meal no napkins nor ketchup was provided. Disappointed in the rude service

Terrible service. Today I purchased two fish sandwiches and they only gave me one sauce and when I asked for another one to go on my other sandwich. He said I had to pay for it. I threw the other sandwich away because I couldn't eat it without the sauce. I wasted my money and will never go there again. The worst customer service ever.

McDonald’s handed my DoorDash driver the wrong order. When he went to correct the order and get mine McDonald’s workers proceeded to scream and berate him while I was on the phone with him. I think this was highly unprofessional and horrible customer service. Instead of trying to fix the problem McDonald’s workers instead screamed at a DoorDash driver who didn’t understand English. I am in the service industry, I’ve grown up and worked in restaurants my entire life this was disgusting to hear while on the phone with the poor driver. This happened on Monday 4/7/25 at 1:30am

Suppose to be open 24/7, yet always closed at 4am, work in the hospital, this is annoying already. They got so lazy they don't even wanna take you at the register most of the time and will say / register closed. And ask you to use the app or the kiosk.
We had an early breakfast here at 8am as most other places are still closed. It was very clean with high beat musicales Espanolas. The funny observation we had is that the pricing of simple items are highly dependent on the location of the McDonald's stores. The hash brown is about $1.5 more than what we got in the financial district. Or maybe it's related to the date/time?

can’t get orders right, are rude, and take forever. I added bic mac sauce to two burgers and they charged me for it but didn’t put it on the burger even though i waited there 20 minutes watching people who order 10 min after me get there food before me…

best ATMs in the city are at mcdonald’s. if you need money and don’t want to pay over 3 dollars in surcharges like a bodega ATM, just look up your nearest McD. usually 1.79 surcharge. AND you can grab some mcnuggets
