After the new renovation, this location looks terrible.
Theirs barely any seating. Upstairs the wood floors and empty space makes the place look dead.
The employees are behind the kitchen wall and no one is really available at the register.
Terrible atmosphere and higher prices is the new moto.

I would have given it 5 stars all around but the lady that cleans the restrooms is always complaining about anyone that is in the restroom for more than 5 minutes. Plus they block off the upstairs dining section right when the place is just about to go through the dinner rush...🤷🏻♂️

This McDonald's needs to train its employees! I have no issues with their race or ethnicity, but it’s essential to recognize the value of time. I had to wait 10 minutes just to place my order at the front register, and then another 15 minutes to receive my food. What was most surprising was that everyone was busy chatting in Spanish and not focusing on the orders.

DoorDash orders rarely go through at this location, takes them over and hour to prepare so I just end up canceling.

Since they recently refurbished the restaurant, they have removed the majority of the seating and put a big wall between the kitchen and counter meaning service has significantly declined as no one is there. Just getting a napkin is a pain.

Had to wait 20 minutes for latte and even than it wasn't ready... asking for my coffee, waiting another 10 minutes.

The other day, I came by to grab a McChicken. I go to open the door, and the homeless man rushes in front of me to grab the door and asks me for money. Thanks, but I don't carry cash, and I can open my own damn door. I walk up to the kiosk, and another homeless man is asking me for money for a mcflurry and giving me a sob story while I'm trying to put my code in. At that point, I just walked out and went to Chipotle.
On the positive side, the staff is very nice and the food always comes out hot. The upstairs is cool, too.

They recently renovated this location, and they got rid of self-serve drink stations so you can no longer get free refills.
Place can be cleaner because I have found this place dirty no matter how many times I visited but the staff is amazing.

Bad service, ordered a cappuccino and meckflury and were first in line but they forgot bring it even though i remainded them twice, the oreo meckflurry wasn't mixed at all, just a cap of plain icecream with a few crumbs of oreo.

New store layout hides staff from customers and relies heavily on a pick up window that no food is left on presumably to try and prevent theft… waiting 12 minutes for a soda isn’t exactly fast food.
