Service is bad,cashier’s always have an attitude for no reason and rude,they are never in the front and if they see you they ignore you,music is louder than my thoughts!!!

Somebody needs to explain to me...how hard is it to place utensils and condiments in your bag? Whether in-store or delivery...at least with in-store, you can check your bag before leaving the location, 3rd time in a row...my grubhub order that was placed...arrived with nothing but my food, not one single condiment or utensil...how lazy or incompetent do you have to be to not have the wherewithal to simply grab utensils & condiments and place em in a bag...you literally have one job, trust...if I find myself there in the am to order breakfast in person...manager will hear my gripes

Was there for lunch the other day and, when finished, threw out my trash. I needed to use the restroom but the manager wouldn't let me because I didn't have my receipt. Although I explained it was in the trash, she very, very rudely told me that I would have to buy something and show her the receipt. Again, I already did buy something. No, too bad. She saw me when I ordered and as I was the oldest and only white person present the entire time I was there, it's doubtful she wouldn't have noticed.
Obviously, spending any additional money there then or ever again is not an option.

Fix your prices. A hashbrown should not be over $4. Insane that yall are charging more for potatoes and salt than a sausage mcgriddle.
I have more time a mobile order. Almost all time forget something. No soda. Or happy meal whit no drink. The worst cheeseburger without cheese.

Today I saw the headline “McDonald’s posts biggest decline in global sales in four years” and thought, it’s probably singlehandedly due to this McDonald’s. The music is nasty and loud, the staff indifferent, and they always mess up my order.
