The lady on the next floor just snatch my coffee from the table without even asking if I was finish with my coffee or without even asking if she could take the coffee from the table. Very unprofessional.

They close the bathrooms at 7:30pm on April 18th. That is not fair to tourist an people who spend their money. They also close the third floor at 7pm. Even when the second floor is full. Some of the people at the tables aren't even customers. Their homeless people an people just hanging out.

De slechtse McDonald’s in mijn leven heb ik hier gegeten. Als onze burgers leken wel in elkaar gesmeten, er zaten volledige zwarte frieten tussen de frietjes, echt niet de naam waardig. We hebben gekozen om ter plaatse te eten, dit is op de 1ste of 2de verdieping. De 1ste verdieping zat vol. Wanneer we op het 2de verdiep zijn aangekomen stuurt een jongedame ons terug naar beneden want dit verdiep werd gesloten. Dan sta je daar met 3 tot 4 andere gezinnen te wachten op een tafel die vrij komt en je eten wordt koud.

Came here for a meal but I needed to use the restroom before ordering after a long day of walking. Turns out the restroom is out of order, so I went somewhere else to eat. Providing customers with a restroom should be high on the list of priorities for a restaurant.
