McDonald's in NYC is quite different from what you find in Europe. The service is OK, but nothing more, and the experience is a little less polished than in Europe. As for the food, it remains average, without much brilliance. It's convenient for when you're hungry, but if you're looking for something more flavorful or authentic, there are probably better options around. In short, it helps, but it doesn't leave a lasting memory.
Waited a long time to be served after ordering at the kiosk. It has a second floor to dine in. I decided to have a breakfast sandwich and coffee while I sat and waited for the time to go to my appointment closed by. I was warned by a McDonald's staff not to leave anything unattended because there are people who are stealing phones and wallets when you are distracted.
My first time dinning-in here. Seems recently renovated, very clean kitchen and interior including the dinning-area. Unfortunately I found a long piece of paper in my burger. I realized something wasn’t chewing and spit it out. I did ask for extra onions, so I thought at first maybe the onion skin but the onions used are diced so it definitely wasn’t that.
