It's true to the franchise. The chicken nuggets where a little overcooked. The bathroom was clean. The soda machine had a lot of options and cool syrups. Service was fast. The restaurant is very small and only has a dozen place to sit. Open 24 hrs. At 11 pm it was full, but i did not have to wait to order on one of the 4 big displays or to get my food. It' acessible via wheelchair. Good job to all the employees that work there.

Too many people. The machines don't print the order tickets. The staff calls out loud, and it's hard to hear if you're not paying close attention. People gather at the counter and block the entrance to the drink. Improvements are needed.

LOVED THE FRIES. Food was delivered to our table! Burgers and nuggets were delicious. Cold sprite that wasn't waterly. Total price came out to be $20-$21. Reasonable price in NYC.
