Very disappointed with the customer service I ask for a couple more ketchup (I order fries) because they didnāt put any in my bag and they just give me one and when I ask to give a couple more, I got ignore. This is not the first time, I waited for my order for three whole hours which is unbelievable. The customer service need to improve.

Have to give kudos when necessary. I just started working in the area and picked up a breakfast meal. When I drank the OJ it tasted watery, but I couldn't return. The following day, I went and told one of the workers what happened, and she got the manager, who upgraded my OJ that morning.

They forgot my oatmeal and I went back the lady says what with a attitude then starts speaking in Spanish listen you never know who speak Spanish Iām Dominican with dark skin they are racist and only Spanish people work there I will never come back not one black person or diversity

This McDonaldās is a great place with a fresh renovation. Everything looks beautiful, itās very clean, and the staff is efficient. Orders are prepared quickly. Plus, the view of Manhattan is amazing!

Definitely lazy and arrogant. I couldn't pay at the register even though the machine I had used didn't accept cash. I had to go back and find one that did and order again. I just want New York to be New York again. And they speak to you in Spanish, and on purpose, even though you speak English. It's pure arrogance at this point to assume I speak Spanish and want me to practically kowtow and accept the service as good. No, that's ethno-chauvinism and bad service. Please learn English.
