This McDonald’s is a great place with a fresh renovation. Everything looks beautiful, it’s very clean, and the staff is efficient. Orders are prepared quickly. Plus, the view of Manhattan is amazing!
Definitely lazy and arrogant. I couldn't pay at the register even though the machine I had used didn't accept cash. I had to go back and find one that did and order again. I just want New York to be New York again. And they speak to you in Spanish, and on purpose, even though you speak English. It's pure arrogance at this point to assume I speak Spanish and want me to practically kowtow and accept the service as good. No, that's ethno-chauvinism and bad service....
