My mom and I had a late lunch/early dinner around 4pm on Sunday and the service from start to finish was top notch. We did not have a reservation and the hostess was very friendly, gracious and accommodating sitting us outside on the beautiful day at a regular table versus a high top inside as she saw my mom would be much more comfortable at a low table. She also mentioned the bathroom on the ground floor from the beginning. We felt well taken care of from the start and the food was great too, as it always is at Mermaid. The free chocolate pudding to finish the great meal off was a nice touch too ☺️. We’ll be back!
