I recently visited this restaurant near my college after seeing some good reviews, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. The portion size was very small for the price—$14 felt too expensive for how little food I received. I’m used to getting much larger portions at other similar places.They also ran out of several ingredients, which was disappointing. The person taking my order seemed very busy and distracted, listening to music instead of focusing on customers. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and it felt like they didn’t fully understand English .
I also asked if they were hiring, but I didn’t really get a response just something like “pay the bill,” which felt a bit rude.That said, the food itself was delicious. I ordered the half falafel and chicken shawarma bowl. The falafel tasted a bit old and not very fresh, but overall the flavors were still good.

This place used to be a good option, but now every time I go to eat, they're always out of ingredients. They don't have everything like they used to; they run out of sauces, sides, proteins, salads, and pita bread. The service has also gotten worse; there's very little staff, and they take a long time to serve you. Often there's only one person working, which causes delays. There are rats outside in the lobby. I'm very disappointed because the restaurant management used to be good. But I decided that yesterday was the last time I would eat there. Because when I went to buy food, I was completely disappointed. They didn't have any kind of protein—no chicken, no lamb, no beef, no falafel. They were only selling salads, so I had to go somewhere else. And all the employee said was that they didn't have anything left.

This place is the best. Jose and his team are phenomenal. They went out of their way on New Years Eve to help with a large catering order and the food was a hit. For a casual lunch or a large event, you should definitely go to Mezeh. Thank you all for making our New Years one to remember.

Manager Jose is such a great guy, I wanted a unique custom order and he was extra kind about it. He also charged according to my modifications and was very accommodating. The food is excellent and the team behind the counter are friendly and professional. The dining tables & seats are always clean, the general appearance of the dining room is spotless, music is good and the ambiance is nice. This is my favorite location to dine in person so far. I also work near a location @ 1700 Broadway and I'm going to give them a try my next office group take out order.

I stumbled upon this spot and it's like a Cava. They do bowls, salads, and wraps. I ordered the Mezeh Classic bowl, which comes with Chicken Shawarma and it was pretty good! The chicken was moist and flavorful. The bowl wasn't spicy at all and I felt like all the toppings that came with it went well.
This establishment is super spacious with ample seating. There's also a restroom and a counter with all the cutlery you need. Staff is quick. Mezeh is your standard to-go meal spot!

I love this place! Great service, great food, and for great price. There wasn't a huge crowd. The restaurant is big, and the tables are spaced apart very well. Also, I have to mention how clean everything was.
My wife and I ate dinner here last night. I ordered Sultan's Choice and the amount of food I received was more than enough. I was impressed by the awesome flavors and its freshness.
The service was outstanding. I didn't know what most of the items on the menu was, but the server took the time to explain it to me. When he learned i like spicy food, he helped make my dinner amazing.
Thank yall. It will be one of the meals I will forever associate with my trip to NY.

Great spot for Mediterranean small plates. I recommend sticking with the starters they all look good and that is their strength. The baba ghanouj portion was huge and the pita that came with it was outstanding. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak sandwich on a baguette was a flop. Only comes one way, which is overdone. Who eats a well done steak sandwich. They should take a page from Hillstone which has the best French dip in the United States. Atmosphere really is vibrant and busy. There are two excellent bars for dinner. The waggle burger was good but unnecessary to be aware go at $32. The french fries were soft and not crispy. Take a page from Shake Shack down the and learn how to do them correctly!

This is a really good branch as it’s very spacious, has plenty of seating available without being cramped by people ordering, the menu is vast but not overly large and confusing, they have really good variety in both meat based as well as vegetarian options. All meat options are Halal. They offer both the bowls as well as wraps. Their store timing is also good as it closes at least one hour after almost all eateries around this place. Huge shout out to the staff, they are really nice, polite, and respectful people who work really hard to keep this place running so well. They also do have a bathroom at the end of the restaurant. The prices are decent and similar to the other eateries around the Union Square area. Overall would recommend this restaurant for a quick meal. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. Both paid and free street parking options are available in the surrounding streets, but parking is usually very difficult to find especially during work hours on weekdays.

I must have gone in at the right time because I had a really pleasant dining experience here. The staff were friendly, the portion size was generous for a lunch meal, and the food was flavorful. It’s a solid spot for a quick in-and-out meal. For the price, you’ll get about the same quality and quantity as other chain spots in the city. As long as you keep your expectations realistic for a quick takeout chain, you’ll leave satisfied.

This place is so understaffed and their website gives you an unrealistic time when your food will be ready. I ordered online and received the notice that my order was ready within fifteen minutes. Got to the place and no pickup orders were on the shelf. It took ten minutes before someone addressed me or the many other people waiting for their food. What's the point of ordering in advance? I might as well have ordered directly from the register.
As for the food? Maybe it's good. Maybe it's not. I'm still here waiting. I won't be ordering again.

I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Man I unfortunately have lost another used to be great bowl place. I would go to this location 2-4 times a weeks and get 2X protein and they would come through with large portions sizes. The past couple times, I’ve gotten less than a single portion of protein when asking for 2X - not to mention less of the filler ingredients.
