I absolutely loved the jazz, and the seating arrangement is ideal. From nearly anywhere in the room, you get great sightlines and excellent sound, which makes for an immersive, comfortable listening experience.
The non alcoholic beverage options were a little limited, but everything else more than makes up for it. I still highly recommend this place.

Fantastic live jazz in a small, dark and somewhat cramped setting. Drinks were just ok and there's a one drink minimum, but the music is great! Sound was excellent. I believe they serve light sncks too but we didn't order any.
Great spot for live jazz, great sessions every week🙌

This is a bastion for pretentious, misogynistic jazz enjoyers. Read some of the replies to their one-star reviews on here, they are genuinely shocking. We unfortunately purchased tickets but left the line after we started feeling very uncomfortable around the staff and clientele. Avoid this place. Or don’t if that’s your vibe, have fun.

Amazing, cozy, jazz club with great staff and delightful music. I wanted to attend solo to really enjoy the ambience and the music, and holy, was I satisfied with this place. Beautiful, would come back without a doubt.

Friendly staff. Yummy food. Great jazz!
Cocktails are great! Trio was excellent! The vibe was fantastic! You just need to book a ticket ahead and arrive like 15-30min ahead to get a good view, but I feel like they were all good.

A fantastic, well-run intimate piano bar. Tons of incredible jazz musicians play here every day and it’s a perfect place for live jazz in the village. Brought many dates here and it was always a really great experience - lovely atmosphere. Get here on the earlier side because the seats fill fast up front. I love coming here!

Mezzrow is a really great, intimate spot for live jazz. The room is small in the best way, so the sound feels close and immersive, and it makes for a unique experience you don’t get in bigger venues.
The host was very friendly and accommodating, and helped us get into the building even though we didn’t have tickets, which we really appreciated.
That said, seating matters a lot here. If you don’t have tickets in advance, you’ll likely end up with worse seats and there’s a chance your view of the band will be limited or partially blocked. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead if you want a good seat and a clear view.
Overall, still a great night. Amazing vibe, solid music, and worth checking out, just plan ahead.

Make a reservation if you can. Walk ins don't guarantee a view of the band.
