I love how their rings look. Unfortunately, 2/3 of them already got scratches after just a couple of days. I didn't do any manual work or other activities that should damage them. I have some cheap rings (5-20$) that lasted way longer without getting scratched :/

UPDATE: Had to open a dispute with my bank just to get my money back after returning the necklace back to them in-store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Returned a necklace there in person a week ago. Was told the refund was issued but it never appeared. Had to contact my bank in order to resolve the issue.

Avoid their gold products! Tarnishes and they won’t fix it for you. I’ve purchased a few bracelets from them and each of them tarnishes over time. On their website they said their gold is covered for lifetime and when I reached out they said they couldn’t find my account or purchase history so they can’t do anything. Why is it the customer’s fault if you can’t find my purchase history? I will never buy anything from them again. Don’t buy their gold because it’s cheap!

Buyer beware. I used to rave about the quality of this place 6-7 years ago but several items I’ve bought recently have become tarnished and scratched in just a few months, even keeping them away from moisture and barely wearing some. Really disappointing

Their website clearly states to contact support however they don't seem to be able to handle these requests. Original review below.-Really poor experience shopping online with 2 huge issues:1. I purchased a gold Arden Ring which within less than a month of wear has started to tarnish, I've sent multiple support requests to no response.2. I returned 3 items in an order and only got refunded for 2, leading to a £150 shortfall. Again numerous messages and no response so having to dispute the card payment. Really disappointing.If someone from Miansai reads this it's in relation to order 30232856, but I'm not hopeful of any response
Got a really good experience at the shop! Usually buy stuff online but since I was in town, most of the item were there. Very nice to be able to try out all the jewelry!

I received a bent item (due to packaging) when ordering online which is not ideal. Support proved helpful, and I decided to have it replaced in-store rather than online.It was acknowledged that the packaging was less than ideal, and they provided me a replacement seamlessly.
