I came here to pick up challah for Rosh Hashanah — they had multiple options (seeded, raisin, or vegan) and were responsive over the phone and in the store to navigate a busy and demanding holiday pickup time. A line was forming out the door so they’re clearly relied on and popular. It was delicious and I’ll be going back!
In March, I visited NYC for the first time since the 1970s. My daughter, who lives not far from your E 90th Street bakery, picked up an order the first morning and brought them home, promising they were the very best pastries and breads I'd ever eat. She was ABSOLUTELY right! I knew right away; I've searched all the bakeries in my area, and nothing comes close. It's October, and I wonder if you do mail orders in late fall and during winter. THAT'S HOW MUCH...
