The menu stands out with interesting options like the delicious tuna tart, tuna ball, and a unique bento box lunch for $22.00. The bento box, served on separate plates, includes a choice of hand roll or maki, soup or salad, and dishes like crispy and moist chicken teriyaki or perfectly flaky miso cod. The crunchy tuna app is a highlight. The beef teriyaki bento offers generous portions, and the Fuji drink is a refreshing mocktail. Mikado has quickly become one of the new favorite sushi spots, with sushi still fresh and delicious. The 4 roll maki set with spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail, scallop yuzu, and eel avocado is a great option, as is the crispy rice. The restaurant is small and there's not too many seats, but the fish is fresh. Rolls are chunky with 4 pieces per roll. The salmon avocado was a favorite, and sushi tacos were also great. Salmon ikura don, miso soup, and edamame were also enjoyed, with extra herbs in the rice bowl making the meal very fragrant. The service is exceptional, making Mikado truly worth every cent.
