So happy to have Mikado in the neighborhood! Came for lunch over the weekend and had such a great experience. The hand roll set and the Super Bowl are a must. The portions were generous and the fish was incredibly fresh. Everything tasted amazing. The decor is beautiful, the space feels clean and inviting, and the service was immaculate from start to finish. Will definitely be ordering again and dining in soon. Highly recommend!

It can be tough to find good food at reasonable, affordable prices in the area. Do not sleep on Mikado, their eel rice bowl surpassed my expectations especially for a lunch special deal. Came with a miso soup or salad, devoured the soup the second I could get my hands on it. The garnishes were perfect additions to the plate, creating a well balanced meal. Service was quick, precise, and comforting throughout the experience. Will be coming back!

I looked at the great reviews and decided to do take out. Spicy tuna and yellow tail maki did not taste good. It was mushy and did not enjoy it. I did like the cucumber salad but will not order again. Was disappointed because I select restaurants by review and feel this was a disappointment

We recently ordered takeout from this sushi restaurant and were really impressed. The food was prepared quickly, and everything arrived beautifully presented in a neatly arranged box, with each piece of sushi fresh, flavorful, and clearly made and packaged with care. It all held up perfectly well for takeout, which isn’t always easy with sushi. The chicken karaage was also a standout—crispy, well-seasoned, and served in a generous portion that made it great for sharing. As a nice touch, the order even came with an impressive set of chopsticks that elevated the whole takeout experience (no splinters as is the norm with generally cheap takeout chopsticks). Overall, a very good experience from speed to presentation to taste, and we’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
