Had several various heroes and sandwiches which were delicious and nutritious. Worth every penny
Not good they sent a chicken Caesar wrap with soggy croutons in it certain pieces of lettuce brown it seems like they made the night before or rush to make today & the cheese cake plain had red velvet touching or next to it which it should be separate
One of my favorite spots. Pricey but good.
Great place to get the finest food that will satisfy your hungry desires.
Staff is awesome and attentive and they do not skimp on portions
Truly a 5 star establishment!!
I come probably once or twice a week to get a chicken caesar wrap. Lately I've been disappointed to experience them using a pre-made mix of caesar which probably allows them to speed up the production process but dropped significantly the quality; the mix is soggy and feels way less fresh.
Hope they can come back to the original recipe where everything is fresh and crunchy when mixed together at the time of assembly.
This place has a great atmosphere but I personally don’t think the food is worth waiting in line for 40 minutes. The food is alright but I don’t think I would wait in a long line for it again. Also, it is very overpriced in my opinion.
honestly pretty bland. the bread is dry and the eggplant has no flavor. peppers were good but they only put 3. sandwich is a good size but not worth the $$
Mid - 45 min line for a sandwich I could make at home. Happy to try again off hours when there’s not as big of a line. Got #21 Colombo and a friend got #1
Just ordered a parma sandwich. I had to pick through it and remove all the fat from the prosciutto. Wasn't bad once I removed it all. So disrespectful they would serve that garbage. It's a shame I have to travel up to Arthur Ave to get a decent sandwich.
Always a go to for me in NYC!! The anticipation of the epic sandwiches 🥪 is exciting can u tell I love food lol this time I got thr Padrino (chx cutlet fresh mozzarella roasted red peppers) i added pesto and a side of herb mayo sans balsamic vin. Ate half as usual bc it so big and delish! My man's ordered The Goat! (Grilled chx, goat cheese, arugula, tomato) he said the sandwich would've been better with roasted reds 😋 I said that's why u have to speak up when ordering otherwise get what u get lol ALWAYS TIP YOUR SANDWICH MAKER DIRECTLY

Since Milano tragically blew up on TikTok the quality has gone significantly downhill with the crowds. If you order anything other than the Cesar wrap your order will take 4x as long and be subpar. There’s no one managing the line or checkout. Super sad that neighborhood regulars have been edged out in favor of catering to people who will have no loyalty to what was formerly a great spot. Never coming back
Went when it wasn’t too crowded so my review may not be the most accurate but the sandwich I got was huge and I got it quick, can’t really ask for much more
old school type of joint. family run. authentic atmosphere. welcoming staff. the chicken caesar wrap is a right of passage - absolutely the best i've ever had. also, i split a cold cut sandwich - i was grateful for the meat to bread ratio. lastly, the merch is really cool - would definitely add that milano market sweat shirt into my rotation. will be back ten times over.
We went on a Sunday afternoon around lunch and the place was packed! We waited about 15 minutes in line before we could order but it was worth it! There are so many options it’s kind of overwhelming and couldn’t pick what we wanted. Heard a lot of people ordering the chicken Caesar salad wrap - it was delish! The other sandwich I forgot the name but the touch of avocado and the sauce in it also so delish!
Sorry but not sure, the salami in the antipasto was completely brown. Is this normal?
