The ice cream here is delicious! However the portions are quite large and I can never finish them and I feel wasteful when I have to throw it out. Other than that, they offer a fun variety of flavor and topping options! Ambiance is really nice and Instagrammable, and so are the desserts here!

Nostalgic ice cream creations, incorporating childhood favorite cereals into soft serve. The Lower East Side shop is colorful and cute, with digital signs displaying the various flavor combinations. Creations are blended to order, so you can craft your own flavors, or choose from their specials menu (recommended). If you've had a McFlurry or Dairy Queen Blizzard, this is similar, but better. An hour before closing, they were sold out of every special except the P-Nut Jelly Crumble. They also did not have the grape drizzle it comes with, but they were able to swap it for strawberry, which was likely just as good. There were no cones available either, but they did have cup cones, which ended up being a good move; these treats melt quickly! On a weeknight in August, it took 30 minutes for my order to be completed. Fortunately, it was worth the wait. The P-Nut Jelly Crumble was delicious. I loved the muted peanut flavor of the Reese's Puffs blended into the creamy soft serve, and the crunch from the roasted peanuts and Reese's Pieces on top. Inventory issues aside, Milk & Cream is a unique, well executed concept.

I'm an avid ice cream lover and my husband doesn't love sweets. Go figure! So when we were visiting NYC and found this gem, it was a win win as I was able to get my ice cream fix and he got a bowl of cereal with milk! Will definitely be back next time we visit NYC.

Very cool ice cream joint. Had so much fun taking my daughter and picking lots of fun toppings. Awesome interior with a wall of little screens showing Garfield cartoons as they had some Garfield collaboration ice creams on offer.Ice cream tasted great, staff were very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations and we had a brilliant time. Definitely recommend if you want something that’s sweet, delicious and fun.

Typical ice cream joint, trying to put a unique spin on it by adding cereal as a main component of the toppings. Nothing tasted bad. Just didn't feel like it was anything special. $8.50 for a soft serve ice cream cup. If you love cereal and want to try it, go for it. Not sure if I'd go out of the way to get it

Stumbled upon this place after my friend and I were craving some sweets after dinner in the Chinatown area. Not a huge soft serve person but surprisingly I really enjoyed this place! I got the cookie dough ice cream with cookie crisp (cereal option) and cookie dough pieces (topping) with a chocolate drizzle. It's cool to see them mixing and churning the ice cream with your cereal of choice. Liked how the soft serve was soft but didn't melt too quickly. Couldn't really taste the cookie dough flavor within the ice cream but I did like how the cereal gave it some crunch but wasn't soggy at all. Cookie dough pieces were pretty solid. The waffle cone almost tasted like generic cereal too and had some vanilla wafer vibes (as opposed to waffle cone). The portion was pretty big for a dessert! Good amount of seating available and everything was clean. Staff were polite!

We came in here with some visiting tourists. They loved the ambience and the decor of the store. The flavors of the ice cream mixed with cereal is a great trip down nostalgia memory lane..We will definitely be back again.

One of my favorite soft serve when I come to visit NYC. Love the simplicity of swirling cereal and the consistency is always spot on. Can't wait to go again!

Happy birthday, Garfield!!! Wow! The big 45 ... Hands down, my favorite cartoon cat, and I'm so excited to celebrate him. Milk & Cream Cereal Bar is celebrating Garfield's 45th birthday with the PURRRRfect themed menu. On the menu: Cherry Pie Cake Pie Ice Cream Swirl & Milkshake Strawberry Lasagna RoyaleNot only is the Strawberry Lasagna Royale yummy, but it is also adorable Ig:thefunfluencer

So much to choose from and make your own or pre-made combos that it's really hard deciding... V.V. Tasty!

We stopped by here for dessert as it’s literally around the corner from Little Italy. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. Think of any favorite cereal that you can, mixed with ice cream, and you have it. Simple idea, but one we’d never thought of. The kids, and the kids inside the adult bodies, loved and ate it up quickly!

If you love cereal in the morning or anytime of day and love ice cream, this is an interesting spot to try. They blend your cereal of choice with vanilla/ cookie dough ice cream and add your toppings of choice. They also have happy hour deals till 6:00 p.m. Prices are decent (signature is about $9).There will be only one flavor in a serving so it can get boring towards the end and you can't sample it also. So it is a risk. Texture and flavor are good however. My friend liked his banana and cream signature, but I was not a big fan of the chocolate s'mores signature that I got as it got boring for me towards the middle. If you're not a big fan of cereal, I would not recommend it but if you are, you are probably in for a treat.

Excellent ice cream! We went at happy hour (3-6pm) for a small ice cream swirl which is well worth it! Would really recommend.

Interesting concept! My friends mentioned it a while back but I haven't gone till recently. There's a wall to the left when you enter that walks you through how to order and the various combinations that you can combine. I would go again to try out other mixtures if I'm in the area
