This spot is right near the hotel, and we thought we’d give it a try. Bagels are delicious, our food came out frozen but the hash browns came out half cooked and we didn’t even bother as some of the staff didn’t seem to care.
Strict rules, and over priced. Skip this place.

I have never seen such rude service. The gentleman with the goatee and the tattoo is obnoxious, unpleasant, looks and speaks badly. I've never seen that. Fortunately it's good but the service is catastrophic

Amazing food was so excited to order with them as a concierge company second day in a row as one of the workers were super stressed about our order because it got complicated with the hotel and literally started screaming. I think that was super unprofessional, but otherwise amazing food and incredible service.

The old owner literally tell people to leave after 30 minutes and takes thei plates away so he can have more seating for new customers. Disgusting. Deserves -10 stars

I work at a law firm on 6th Ave one of my bosses like to order from Milk N' Honey, I'm his assistant i order his meal for him when they are large meeting involved i place the order one day ahead and they are still always late! then when you call they are quick to rush you off the phone and aren't helpful or friendly at all i spoke to one of the mangers there and he lied and told me that the delivery guy dropped off the food a half an hour ago and he did not know what was happening mean while I'm watching the delivery guy get off of his motor bike This place service sucks
Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! We were looking for kosher and this was near by but we should’ve not eat !!! So bad we got different type pasta panini and salad not even one dish that was good The guy making it was rude and rushed us threw getting mad when asked questions We ended up throwing the food and went to look for other place to eat DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

My server demtrice was super accommodating and very professional. his knowledge of the menu helped me and my grandmother choose the perfect dish for my grandmother to eat since she can’t have a nothing with gluten! we’ll definitely be coming back again for brunch. 😇

Food is solid, my review is more towards the staff. There is a religious man with a beard who works there who doesn't particularly care about my order when he takes it. Multiple times he has delayed my order because he starts talking to the next person. He took my order for a pasta, put it on the stove, then decided to become cashier. I waited long enough to notice my food was starting to smoke. I didn't even bother telling him, since he's got an attitude. I walked out. Then decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I walked back in two minutes later to see my dish was no longer there. He paid attention to it after the fact, but not when the customer was standing in front of his face. Terrible service, but good food. I have never had a complaint over the taste of their food.
