My boyfriend and I went to buy single beers and one of the staff members gave us a nasty attitude when we decided to pick one from the box which was already open. He proceeded to complain about us even after we apologized. Rude staff. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Especially since we have done this multiple times in other delis. He waited for us to open the box completely to then shame us. Very odd behavior coming from a store that is supposed to be about hospitality and friendly customer service!!

I called for uber eats to make sure they got everything right he people was disrespectful honestly so disgusting I had to hang up and when I called again they did not answer the guy was yelling he didn’t receive my order when he noticed he was wrong he refused to pick up my call

BEWARE!!!! I had a deeply disappointing and offensive experience at this establishment. When I mentioned that I love American cheese, the deli worker (wearing a red shirt) openly insulted the USA, calling it a terrorist country right to my face. On top of that, he refused to use wax paper for my grated cheese, showing a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism.
The cashier (wearing a brown shirt) joined in, making body-shaming remarks about my friend, saying she “needs cheese,” followed by a smirk. Their behavior was not only rude but also highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
I have already reported them to 311 for their unhygienic practices and disgraceful behavior. If you care about basic respect, hygiene, or supporting a place that treats customers with dignity, I strongly advise against going here. Let’s support businesses that respect their customers and uphold good service.

I was a long-time loyal and loyal customer of this place, until a few nights ago. Had noticed a negative change of behavior among some of the employees that I had suspected was racially motivated. Being cursed out by the sandwich maker for gently asserting myself in response to him ignoring my place in line proved my concerns right.
